Project Diamond

Jeffrey is currently working with a developer and the Town of Bethel, CT on a new mixed-use transit oriented development. The project has so far received zoning approvals to create a mix of approximately 200 units of residential development, including 20% affordable, office, including co-working space and retail, including a local brewery. The project is the recipient of a $4.5 million state TOD grant to assist in funding the neighborhood’s sustainable infrastructure.
