Hunters Point South

While serving as Deputy Chief Urban Designer for the NYC Department of City Planning, Jeffrey played a key role in planning, designing and creating the Hunters Point South neighborhood, a key initiative under the Bloomberg administration to create one of the city’s largest affordable communities. A new waterfront park and street grid were planned and built before the residential buildings. More information can be found here
