Public Realm Vision Plan

While serving as Chief Urban Designer for the NYC Department of City Planning, Jeffrey played a key role in planning, designing and creating the East Midtown Vision Plan. This was a key initiative under the Bloomberg and DeBlasio administrations to plan and fund public realm improvements in one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods. Gehl Architects and Jonathan Rose were consultant partners on the project. More information can be found here
